If you’re a mindful, sensitive or empathic person

looking to authentically maintain calm and focus despite life’s struggles while also healing the unseen layers of stress and tension, then you already know that you need a regular self-care practice that unleashes healing from within.

I’ll spare you the healer spiel.

You know that while authentic living may sound cliché, you love the simplicity, ease and effortlessness of authenticity.

You know you’d feel so much better if you could just make the time and find the energy to meditate.

You know you can sort it out for yourself if you can find the time and patience to sit with it.

You also know that the same biological brilliance that created all of you from scratch exists within and knows how to heal, repair and restore your mind and body. It’s not mystics, it’s science. As one who feels deeply, you need this kind of real, practical, tangible skill that heals just as deeply.

And while you certainly love the healing vibes of crystals, essential oils and treatments, you know your purse can only carry and afford so much.

Even if you are lucky enough to have tons of crystals, have tried every alternative treatment and you consistently exercise or meditate ... mastering your own self-healing from within can:

KEEP YOU CALM, COMPOSED AND REGULATED IN TOUGH MOMENTS

More than the groggy and fogginess of relaxation, self-healing is regulating. Self-regulation is having a calm mind-body while also functioning, even if you’re tired or triggered. Beyond relaxation, self-healing restores your flow state so you can feel like yourself or “be in the zone, tackling life head on with focus, clarity and intention.

But self-healing regulation isn’t only helpful to reset yourself in the moment, a regular practice builds a strong foundation and resilience to prevent irritability and clear built-up emotions. With a regular practice, you no longer have fear “losing it” or turning into a hot mess in front of others. That confidence alone significantly eases overall anxiousness and worry.

INCREASE ENERGY

Not all stress is in plain sight. Sometimes we think we have everything under control when really, it’s only been stored away, waiting to be processed. This compartmentalization requires a lot of your energy to keep it contained. Creating a therapeutic space before you feel overwhelmed allows you to discharge the issue so that all your energy is available to keep you functioning in the present moment.

EASILY CREATE AND MAINTAIN BOUNDARIES

If you’re regularly drained or affected by other people’s issues because you’re a caregiver, senate or empath, ongoing therapeutic awareness helps you better know your own layers and patterns so you can own what’s yours and accept what’s theirs. This clarity allows you to more easily implement healthy, compassionate boundaries in a way that feels good to you.

ALIGN TO YOUR LIFE PURPOSE

While this seems like a tall order, learning how to “do you” simply begins with being able to hear your inner guidance system. This keeps you on track despite life constantly changing around you. Dedicating time and energy to your inner self develops your ability to stay attuned to your wisdom and aligned with your life purpose, which brings peace, joy and happiness.

MINIMIZE RESENTMENT AND REGRET

Although everyday decisions can feel insignificant, they may be tied to larger feelings, narratives, expectations and desires. When we give ourselves the safe space to let our feelings and subconscious be heard regularly, we reveal the fears that are influencing our choices and can heal them so that our actions move us toward our greater good instead of cycling in a coping pattern. It also allows us to hear our desires and ensure they are honored to prevent resentment and regret. We then know wholeheartedly that we did the best we could.

self-healing? Of course!

But how do I know I’m doing it right and getting results?

The repetitive demands of work, errands and chores keep you in your head from the minute your eyes open to closing them at night. But you’re no stranger to mindfulness. You recognize the early warning signs of stress, worry or anxiousness. On a good day, without hesitation, you employ the mindfulness tools you’ve developed. In the morning you organize yourself, mid-day you take moments to regain focus and at night you settle yourself to get as much quality sleep as possible.

But here’s where most people begin to lose their faith in the process as well as their gusto to keep at it.

By the end of the week, being busy has built up so much stress momentum that even a nice evening out isn’t helping you find inner calm. You want to move on from the clutter of the last week and actually enjoy your weekend instead of being in recovery mode for two days. Moreover, despite all that mindfulness during the week, you feel like you’re not growing or making progress towards joy.

And here’s why the situation won’t change.

You’re simply exhausted. You’ve been doing for others all week without doing for yourself. Now you just need an outside ‘umph’ to slow you down and regroup. You need a little something extra to get you over the hump that's blocking you from inner stillness. Otherwise, you know that you will be returning to the same cycle next week.

While your daily efforts calmed the immediate flare ups, to transform those stubborn daily obstacles into personal growth you need to go deeper and fully surrender in processing.

The good news is that when you’re exhausted, full surrender isn’t that far away . . . IF you can make 3 mindset shifts to unleash an efficient but effective self-care routine.

1.      I need a hands-on treatment for physical relief.

The immediate relief from a massage can feel necessary and cathartic. But the relief will be temporary if only the soft tissue is treated. In this self-care model, regular treatments are required to continuously restore relief. If you desire a deeper, lasting relief, you ALSO need to treat the sensory stimuli, memory, belief or trigger that is causing the physical tension pattern. Only when you see and release all these layers, will you find a deep, more complete relief that you can feel on every level. This is why Craniosacral Therapy and other integrative therapies are beloved, popular and respected worldwide.

2.      I don’t have the time, much less the energy, for regular self-care.

Often, we try to do too much on our own. This means we don’t have the inner resources, time or energy available to regroup by ourselves. Independent self-care isn’t realistic when we’re already stretched thin, exhausted and overwhelmed. However, a little therapeutic support in the form of “holding space” can transform me-time deferment into restorative, personal fulfillment that keeps you functioning optimally. Allowing someone else to hold space for you allows you to receive and fully surrender into deep self-healing. This is how, “I’m too tired for self-care” becomes, “I can’t wait for me-time and the demands of life can wait.” Deep restorative healing also improves your focus and time management skills making self-care a tangible investment in productivity, not just another thing on your to-do list.

3.  I’ve tried many programs, from gurus to apps, and while they’re nice, it feels like I’m still missing something that I can’t put my finger on.

Most healing programs are about protocols, tools or people – all things that exist outside of you when everything you need already exists within. What’s missing in your holistic toolbox is the ability to access these internal resources when you need them most. Instead of simply accumulating external tools, learn to harness the power within you to become a master of navigating your everyday life. When you are familiar with and can connect to the same natural rhythms that created your whole being from a few cells, you feel in sync with your inner self, knowing and understanding what your body’s telling you. This ability also helps you to settle yourself and access inner wisdom on demand so you can be resilient, go with the flow and feel like yourself no matter what.

The Observatory is the ONLY program of its kind that teaches you how to use all your holistic experiences, to unleash your innate processing for healing insights and a tangible relief you can feel on every level.

If you’re ready to flow through the year feeling focused and on top of your game, while confidently becoming your own intuitive healer and guide, here’s how we’ll get you there:

  • While it can be easy to feel motivated in January, you may still be dysregulated and exhausted from the holidays. Set yourself up for successful year of self -care by establishing a strong self-regulating skills foundation as well as realistic and sustainable goals.

    • Decompress and recover with a beginner meditation technique, The Space Settling.

    • Learn to trust your innate Craniosacral processing and healing.

    • Gain big picture perspective and set your year’s priorities with the Anchor Worksheets.

  • Make brilliant use of the hibernation season by embracing its stillness for simple self-healing and a deeper integration of your anchors while also evading winter blues.

    • Explore your vertical midline and hold healing space to restore its healthy flow.

    • Somatically incorporate the anchors you established last month into your original creation rhythm, the vertical midline.

  • Wake your body from hibernation and hold space for your nervous system, so you’re ready to get moving and spring anew.

    • Explore your craniosacral rhythm and hold healing space to restore its healthy flow.

    • Dance between form and formlessness to transform a static meditation practice into dynamic and productive self-healing journeys.

  • Learn how to use the discomforts that have held you back, to instead propel you forward. This is the key to accessing the healing insights that transform obstacles into opportunities so you can create the changes you desire.

    • Find a deep sense of compassion and safety to allow space for your seen and unseen discomforts. Then learn when and how to dissipate discomfort further with therapeutic resistance in the Water Bucket Settling.

    • Apply the practice of therapeutic resistance to spur growth and sprout the change you seek in life.

  • Underneath the superficial habits, rituals and therapies of self-care lives the essential skill of vulnerability. This skill allows you to truly receive, as you once did in utero.

    • Connect with your original embryological pattern of receiving using Zone B.

    • Process and heal unresolved projections as well as any resistance you have to receiving.

  • Often life requires us to take action when we are not ready. But when we do take action, the insights we needed in order to feel ready are revealed. Embrace the month that honors dads to harness your inner father. Move forward despite 100% certainty by being vulnerable, taking risks and trusting yourself.

    • Get out of your head and practice trusting yourself with the unconscious processing of Zone D.

    • Practice accessing and connecting with parts of yourself to bravely take action in your life.

  • There comes a time when you have take a break from work, even highly enjoyable inner work. This makes July the perfect time to practice Craniosacral self-care. Simply be present and trust the personal development you’ve done so far.

    • Explore Craniosacral’s universal rhythm and practice surrender so you can reorganize and maintain inner balance during the formless chaos of summer.

    • Repeat the practice in the second class to enjoy and re-enforce simple self-healing.

  • The transition from the formlessness of summer to the tightly scheduled form of fall can be rough and is often avoided. If we aren’t mentally preparing, we can find ourselves overcommitting, overwhelmed and overlooking important obligations. This can launch us into a hamster wheel of stress in the fall that we can’t escape.

    • Hold restorative space to recover from the busyness of summer.

    • Explore and process the transitional clutter in your world with Zone C.

    • Cultivate your ability to hold awareness and be present in two spaces: truly present and grounded to soak up the last moments of summer while also keeping an eye on what's ahead.

  • The year moves quickly once you’ve entered into fall and it is easy to fall into patterns that don’t truly serve you. When you intermittently check-in with yourself to be present and fluid, you can stay in charge of the schedule instead of the schedule taking charge of you.

    • Revisit your vertical midline and hold healing space to restore its healthy flow, to calm the chaos of fall.

    • Check back in with your anchors, making edits and updates to regain and maintain focus.

  • A mindful holiday season requires that you hold healthy boundaries. This enables you to identify what feeling and issues belong to you and what belongs to someone else. In order to do this, you must first have an intimate familiarity and mastery of your own nervous system.

    • Explore and hold space to process and clear all four zones for self-awareness mastery.

    • Practice frequent mini-sessions to develop a clear sense of self. This will establish a strong baseline to keep you steady despite the holiday chaos to come.

  • The holidays can awaken a lot of unresolved issues such as unconscious expectations, triggers, charges and wounds. A simple self-regulation practice can keep these ‘opportunities for growth’ from interrupting or ruining the magic of the season.

    • Revisit your craniosacral rhythm and hold healing space to restore its healthy flow and self-regulate.

    • Use the water bucket technique to hold therapeutic resistance to patterns that didn't resolve in the first session.

  • Give yourself the greatest gift of all during the holiday - true presence. There is so much going on in the last month of year that sometimes the chaos can be confused for an excited joy. Then afterwards we discover it went by too quickly or was all a blur. This year stay grounded in your body to be present for a meaningful holiday.

    • Reveal and heal Zone A, releasing physical tension and staying present in the moment.

    • Repeat this simple practice with live support and guidance to develop your skills and build resilience for presence during the holidays.

Our community is down-to-earth and filled with helpful, motivated and supportive members who are actively showing up for themselves. When you join, you will be part of this special group.

But if you decide within the first 7 days, that this program isn’t for you, you can cancel your sign up.

Within those 7 days, you will have a clear sense of how simple the techniques are to practice as well as measurable evidence that your mind-body (nervous) system is processing and regulating in a new way.

The Observatory has helped me be a calmer person. When I start to feel pain/stress in my neck/back I now know that it’s time to practice - or at least take some time for myself. I don’t get as frustrated over things and am much better at forgiving myself for not “getting everything done” on a daily basis.

Aimee has this way of making group sessions feel like it’s tailored only for you, both online or in a room full of people.

These classes have helped awaken intuitive gifts that I subconsciously knew I had. With each class, I go deeper into exploring them and I love every minute.

How do I know if this will work?

The beauty of a Craniosacral inspired self-healing system is that your body already knows how to do it. All you’re doing is bringing a heightened awareness to the embryological processes and rhythms that already exist to essentially wake them up. Your nervous system does the rest.

I have a really bad track record with follow through. How do I know I’ll actually be consistent this time?

I’ve spent the last few years fine tuning the schedule around very specific seasonal struggles that many of us share. At some point in the month, even if we’ve already done the class, you’ll likely be looking for refuge and relief on the monthly topic. The good news is that the recording will be ready for you to access day or night - to keep you company while folding laundry, your commute to work or to put you to sleep.

So, are you saying all my crystals, treatments and practices are not really helpful?

No, not at all. I love my crystals, oils and go-to practitioners for support. However, once I started owning the healing process in a new way with Craniosacral self-healing, all my healing experiences, and confidence, went to a new level. This is what I want to share with you.

Do these classes replace my meditation apps?

They can if you want but they don’t have to. Many clients continue to use other meditations when they are simply looking to relax and aren’t compelled to do any deep processing work. Relaxation is useful and helpful in many ways and these classes of deep processing has its own time and place. Some of my more experienced students even practicing Craniosacral self-healing techniques while listening to other meditations so they can go deeper.

I really want to do this but just don’t have the time.

You can always start small with the short 5-15 minute resets but if you’re an empath, clairvoyant or sensitive person, you can’t afford not to. When we don’t take a few minutes to reset ourselves, we waste time and energy bumbling around in a fog trying to be productive. And when we’re not connected with ourselves, we often waste time and energy on other people’s issues instead of addressing our own issues. There is actually a lot of time that can be saved using this self-healing program.

Will I get behind if I miss a class or need to make up classes?

Many of the classes build upon each other to help you become more successful each month, but it isn’t necessary and you can always jump in at any time and enjoy the benefits.

Do I need a reason for canceling if I decide I don’t’ like it in the first 30 days?

There is no explanation necessary. One of the most valued skills that we fine tune in this program is trusting yourself even if you can’t explain how or why you’re feeling the way you do. I am happy to honor that part of you from the very start, even if you don’t stay with us.

Can you remind me of everything I’m getting when I sign up today?

When you sign up today, you’ll be getting one live training class, one live intuitive healing class, technique worksheets, one mini-reset for easy practice when you need it, personal coaching in the live classes if you need support and a private Facebook community.

You’re ready to deepen your self-care efforts if…

  • You’re “feeling off” but don’t know where to start. You know that the healing must come from within and you want to get it right because you are too tired to waste energy on something that may work.

  • You’ve dabbled in so many holistic and alternative modalities you lost track. You enjoy trying different things but also wonder why nothing you’ve tried before has clicked so deeply that it became your go-to technique. You’re now ready to find you’re go-to technique.

  • You get drained from picking up on other people’s energy and know you must do something to better manage it, hold strong boundaries and stay connected with what you really want through it all.

  • You are a highly independent doer, who doesn’t shy away from hard work, especially when it’s something you really want.

  • When you’re overwhelmed or need a break from life, you check out on social media, a Netflix binge or tablet games. What if one of those hours, or even just 5 minutes, every week was spent effortlessly resetting your mind-body to a healing flow instead of just checking out?

  • You enjoy but are not feeling 100% sold that mystical woo-woo is the end-all-be-all solution to your discomfort. You would love to find an evidence-based healing that isn’t mystical but does address the gaps left unanswered by western medicine and talk therapy.

  • Feeling focused and gracefully calm in everyday life feels so far away from where you are right now but boy, you would give anything to have it at your disposal all the time.

  • You’re ready to practice simple techniques and watch for the measurable evidence that your mind-body (nervous) system is processing and regulating in a new way.

  • You’re ready to sign up for something new and give it a try by simply following along for one month.

If you said “yes” to at least 6 of the above, I can’t wait to meet you inside of The Observatory.
